If someone stands you up for a phone call one night, would you cancel a date you had planned for the next night?

I just cancelled a date for that very reason. I'm curious if it would be a deal breaker for anyone else.
To me, if I've just met you, and you say you're gonna do something but don't, I can't really trust you'll do what you say after that.
FWIW, she did text me this morning apologizing. She said she was tired, and upset about something, and just fell asleep. Of course, she had texted me 15 minutes before she was supposed to call seeming pretty happy.

as long as she didn't take the call during the date and chat all evenin, at this point you're loose friends hanging out so give slack -- nm

I would cancel. but I'm really time-sensitive. like, tardiness and standups might be my biggest pet peeve in people.

Nope. It happens. If I had gone somewhere to meet her and she didn't show, then I would likely not reschedule unless there was a very good reason.
