Uh. I think that's a clear-cut case for a groupon and for getting the ice cream cake from DQ instead of Marble Slab cuz fuuuuuuuck. Second time they've been unable to honour the same groupon for me.

Groupon will grant that refund in less than 24 hours based on my experience. (Half the time they even throw in additional credit) -- nm
