My favorite BW moment - maybe told here before - took place in a high-end glass and china store...woman came in with two

young, high-energy, kids. I expected the saleslady to cringe but she reached into a drawer and handed each kid a 12" square of BW. They sat in a corner happily popping while mom shopped.
Customer service at its best...
