some with profit participator and how that all fits before I go talk to a lawyer and pay by the hour. Limited start up budget.

The LLC partnership is easy in Texas. That will just be me and Bryan. But if we offer 10% ownership in a specific porject under the LLC bit not others does that even work etc...
