yuck. if there's a survey on the receipt, definitely do it - maybe send a note, in any case. I've been impressed with most of the service I've had

there, at 2 different locations in the general area. I went their with one of my sisters on Sunday, so she could have her free bday burger (def. join their club if you haven't already); and we had a great server. she even offered her arm, if I needed it, to help me get up from the low chair. aww.
