Wow. Ours has better service than that, for which I am thankful. We don't get to go out much, so a lame service experience can be VERY disheartening.

We had a lame experience at a local Victoria small (but popular) restaurant, so we've kinda boycotted it since then ... it wasn't so lame that I'd post a bad review, though. Just "well, you've definitely affected my personal choices" bad.
