yes, SS has snipers stationed, usually to beat the competition to the best spots, remember west wing with CJ discussing the "JAR" rifles the SS use

We are nowhere near the point here. The point is, unless you're specially trained to do so, you always aim for the body. Anything else is a good way to end up dead. -- nm
