It's kind of legal in certain areas of California and the price is a bit cheaper than where it's illegal. But the demand is really high, quantity is limited, etc... so the price there is being affected by a number of things that may not be an issue if it's legalized on a larger scale. It could probably be cheaper than it is right now.
