he went to a conference in vegas two weeks ago, one of the topics was cybersecurity for cpas. he feels like we are secure.

everyone is required to use the same password.
said password is taped onto the desk/monitor in most of the office.
all the logins and passwords are on a note hanging on the push pin board behind his monitor.
because we dont have a true IT guy, we dont have a good setup for connecting to the server (and since we use 6 different versions of windows on 6 different computers) so i have to create a bat file to log people in when the computer stars.
we have a locked gate behind which all tax files and sensitive information is required to be placed at night, except the boss and on other employee dont follow this, so there is tons of identify theft waiting to happen in their offices.
the only thing that is behind multiple locks is the biz checkbook.
