most of our clients are here because they have been our clients for 15+ years.

he undercharges the biggest tax return clients, and tries to overcharge new clients (which means we have very few new clients in the lats 5 years for taxes, maybe 10 total).

he doesnt agree with current auditing standards, and blatantly ignores some current rules (in favor of the way he learned it 40 years ago) until it comes to a peer review year.

he is a typically power-control boss. his way is right cause it is his way. I gave up fighting him on most stuff, and i try to mitigate it as much as i can behind his back, but even then, i can only do so much.
