Your dentist starts texting you reminders for appointments and saying you need to text or call back to hold the appt. How do you feel about this?

Keeping in mind that you were never asked if you wanted these reminders and did not "opt-in".
I'm of the "stop it NOW or I find another dentist" mindset. Especially since I asked them to stop once already and I'm still getting the texts.

i actually don't mind the idea of a text instead of a reminder call, but the 'text back or lose the appointment' part is not cool. -- nm

Not cool. Ours calls two days before and asks us to confirm. No problem with that. -- nm

Sounds a little like the Nissan dealership. They can't text me but the emails and phone calls are getting annoying.
