Sounds a little like the Nissan dealership. They can't text me but the emails and phone calls are getting annoying.

Two dealerships wanting me to trade the Xterra, and my local one wanting to set a service appointment. Not to mention the callers are so heavily accented it always takes me a bit to understand who they are.

Then, when I do get the oil changed, there'll be a series of emails and phone calls asking me to rate the service.!!
