I've always had pretty dry skin and it is worst in winter, but it has now just gotten ridiculous. My skin is so dry that a cut/crack has developed on my friggin big toe (which rubs on my shoe when I walk *grumble*)
I clearly need to do something

Baby oil in the shower and Carmex lip balm for spot touchup. Honestly though, a cracked toe seems like the least likely place to see dryness.

also, to heal the skin now, slather vaseline on your feet, before bed, wear *loose* socks over top. -- nm
