You get the next disc on your queue mailed to you in addition to the one you choose inside the store

The BB website will even warn you if you happen to get a DVD from the store that is already in your queue. "Would you like to delete it from your queue because you got it from the store?" type thing.
It is sweet when you don't get throttled
