A few times they have changed their plans/prices with zero notice. No they have never charged me more than the amount I agreed to. It's just happened a couple times that I log in one day and find my services have been reduced. (surprise! You are now getting less DVDs at a time/less in-store exchanges for the same price!)

Fuckers.

Pippy has said that's why she quit them, IIRC.
