so here's the issue: sasha's work refuses to recognize my mary@wmdo email as not spam. every single email I send to sash goes to junk.

I need sasha with some regularity, and she never sees me.

she's like, email from a different account, but my wmdo account and my work account are the only ones I'm always in. I don't want to get in the habit of emailing from work, because then sash will email me back at work.

she's using an exchange server & outlook, I'm using google apps. you have to understand about sash that she has three email addresses *total* and that she checks only one, her work email, with any frequency -- so emailing another acct is not the answer.

she tells her email not to send anyone from wmdo to spam, but it won't listen.

is my *only* choice here to email her from a different address?
