Is it being caught by Outlook's junk filtering or some kind of corporate spam filtering they run?

If it's Outlook, then it should be a simple matter of right clicking on the email and choosing "Not Junk" but I'm guessing you've already done that so I think it might be an outside system they're using. In that case she'd need to log onto her spam quarantine account and set you up on a whitelist there
