the fact that humans are doing something doesn't make it not part of evolution. We evolved the intelligence to figure this out and figure out which species we could manipulate in this way. It's a mistake IMO to separate human activities from the idea of them being "natural" (which is also not the same thing as saying they are a good idea or not).
