I think they made a big mistake with this decision and they'll end up reversing it rather quickly.

It's one of those things that sounds good but doesn't work in practice.
Responses:
They do a couple of okay things in terms of laws (I was shocked at how lax things are in other states) but it's not going to work.

I've heard the doctors and nurses in the ER talking about this over the last few months and none are happy with this decision.
