We got a grant application!! For all our promotion of available funds this rarely happens.

Masters student is giving a presentation at the conference we're attending in March. Her paper is on a cache of artifacts found on San Nicholas Island off the SoCal coast. We've heard about this site and it's really interesting - we need to have her come speak to the society!

I'm recommending a $500 grant to cover her travel expenses.
