I was under the impression that the BB-Exclusive stuff just meant you could only rent it through them.

I'm pretty sure that all Weinstein Co. movies are only rented at Blockbusters.
If the place I worked at wanted those movies, we needed to go buy them the Tuesday they were released, and then rent them since technically we owned them. We couldn't order them for rental through a distributor.
