Most of the time it manifests as a skin rash--between your thighs, in the groin area, under your arms, under your man boobs, anywhere there are folds of skin. You can also get a yeast infection in your rectum and in your mouth (if it's in your mouth, you'll see white patches and it'll hurt, it's called Thrush)
