I had a run of bad luck in 97-98

I had a fantastic gig at San Fran city hall, I hung out and did wedding photography, I started because I had a store front studio a couple blocks and folks would ask me to shoot their portraits before or after. I know it sounds paparrazzi tacky but thelighting was beautiful and I did a damn good fine arts style approach. I did it 10 years almost to the day when some ahole upstairs informed me that I needed a permit and since they didn't have one I'd have to leave...NOW. I was making 50k a year.
Previously I was evicted from my really nice flat on the edge of Pac Heights, huge 4 bedroom with views in 4 directions. only 1,200 a month but with a market value of 4k out on my ass, my SO decided it was time to go in a different direction.
the final straw was all my nice leather custom made wedding albums were stolen from my car, I mean totally useless to anyone for anything as you couldn't replace the pages.
that's why I live in Tacoma now.
oh yeah, the ahole from upstairs said I owed the city $75,000 in business taxes
