thanks. as i said, though, i've been through it 3 times before (plus helped one of my sisters a few times).

i have spent many many hours at dealerships, gone in and snatched my trade-in keys from a manager's desk when they messed around with me, left a dealership when they tried to make me wait unnecessarily, etc etc.
even knowing what's what doesn't make it more palatable for me.
