i've done that. a higher-up was who i last walked out on. i also messed-around with the sales mgr on my last car.
i think i need to think of it as if i'm helping my sister - i played "the mouth" for her a few times, and was more comfy that way. it was still tiring, though.
my fave for her was calling another dealership when one did the stupid waiting thing re: something or another. after i told the one we were at what i'd found out, they played more nicely.
