Yep, that's been breaking news all morning. Looks like a domestic incident originally, then he ran and shot a number of other people along the way.

One report said people may have been chasing him and were shot, others were said to be car-jacking attempts. Freeway ramps and roads are closed, so the news emphasis is on alternate routes...anything that affects the 5 & 55 freeways in rush hour is big.
