I often keep some almonds or other nuts on hand, and I usually have some fruit around; but I was hoping to add some variety to the yogurt and/or protein bar and/or string cheese mix with those.

some of my old options (soup, etc.) went away with sodium-limitations to try to help my orthopedic issues not be worse. I had to put my bento-boxing on hold for a while because of them, too. boo.

(it's pouring and cold today: I want soup! *whine* ;) -)
