I've had something like that, and it was delicious.

I watched and enjoyed him on "next food network star" and then his early seasons, and would like to visit his farther-north-CA restaurants sometime.

it's just the recent seasons where I find myself "oh come on already"-ing a lot. it's ok to grow and change some.
