Got a full refund on my Valentine's Flowers. Not because they showed up hours later.

Because they showed up with about an inch of water in the bottom of the vase. The ones on the edges started turning brown on the edges 24 hours later.


They were very nice, and very apologetic. They said they used a new bicycle delivery service this year and I wasn't the only one that complained about time and quality.

They were so nice I took the refund in credit (was my choice) and said I would be happy to try them one more time.

Very nice folks, good customer service goes a long long long way with me.
