dice.com was pretty good. i've also discovered the wonderful world of contracting and work with some of those companies.

i also rely heavily on WOM to find opportunities, but two of the last three jobs have been through internet searches (one randomly on craigslist, the other through dice.com)
what are you looking for? i have good relationships with a lot of the contracting companies - they also place a lot of full time folks.
