Those of you who saw Ed Wood (I saw it years ago but remember nothing about it), was Martin Landau deserving of the Supporting Oscar?

I had Forrest Gump on at some point yesterday, and wondered whether Gary Sinise had won the Oscar. I knew he had been nominated. Landau won.

I know there are plenty of people who dislike FG, but I wonder what they think of Sinise in that movie. I think he is by far the best part of the movie, and I love FG.
