Yeah, we try to. One of my pharmacists is fanatical about reordering them so it's been a while since we've run out.

As for the dosing, it's ok. It wasn't like he was super overdosed so it's not that big a deal. If you used it all in, say, 5 days, that'd be a bit more of a concern. the medication stays in the body for a bit anyway.
Oh and we can only get the 5ml syringes so sometimes measuring less than that can be tricky, though each ml is marked.
