and yet, i used the thruster pack to totally flammox david for the first few mins of a game

it was awesome.
every loadout can be used offesively, or defensively, you just to have learn how.
the thrusters allow you to dodge, when you shouldnt be able to.
jet pack allows you to escape in small maps at times, or hover over explosions in some hallways.
the shield can block bullets, yes, but you could also go all swat and lead a path down the hall offensively.
etc.
