I'm well within my rights to give every person I see the finger. that's also a dickish thing to do.

he's well within his rights to wear a gun openly for no reason other than that he can, thereby potentially telling everyone around him that he sees them as a threat to himself, which could also be seen as sort of a dickish thing to do.
