Kid's in a right to carry state. Ok...so walking down the street, a cop has no right to stop him without suspecting him of a crime. Ok, got it. Makes sense.
When people are calling the cops and an officer is dispatched to check it out...does he THEN have the right to stop the kid?
It seems like this is a grey area where the police have a responsibility to "concerned" citizens...but the kid also has rights. So, where does the law fall on this one?
