we're actually getting 2500ish more beds in the next nine months. these units are bus-distance to town, though --

so while rents are the same as the units downtown, the convenience is not there. yes, it's nice to have a pool. but it's not worth a 30 minute bus ride each way each day and no reduction in rent.
