Oh hell yes. Animal control has cited them several times for running wild, no shots and no registration. They never showed on for those citations and

kept letting them run wild, never got rabies vaccines, and never registered them. I believe it's going to be some kind of felony assault. Of course, the city is liable too for not ever following up on the original citations. Our attorney is "pleased".
