I've argued here since I came back that the vote route was the better route because they're making the same mistakes that the people that were trying to legalize abortion did 40 years ago. By trying to get SCOTUS to overturn en masse, you set it up as an issue of unelected bureaucrats making law again. It will become an issue like abortion has been since Roe.
