The first paragraph references Timeline, which is headed for a change this year that will retain the name Timeline but not much else.

Facebook fucks with shit to fuck with shit. I'd lay money that various departments there push UI changes just to prove they are still relevant. "We're busy! We pushed a change to "Like" functionality!" "Did it improve the user experience" "Uh... was it supposed to?"
