yeah, it's pretty sad when the "defendant" gets in as much touble as the perp ... I think that here in Tennessee...

a bill is being considered that will basically say that, whenever there's a "situation" at school, kids will have the legal right to defend themselves without getting in trouble (such as suspension from school). Which makes sense, you would think ... I have to remind myself though that we live in a time when common sense is a valuable, but rare, commodity ...
