So Justice League is off the backburner? I'm not so sure of that.

There was a recent shake-up at the top of WB. As you would expect, this leads to some changes. And one of those changes was "Let's wait and see what happens with Man of Steel before we do anything with Justice League". I doubt that turning creative control over to Nolan really means much until we see the numbers for Man of Steel. Also... I'm pretty sure the Nolans were running the DC show already.
