So if Ricks group wanted to seriously weaken the Woodbury people, all they need to do is give Walkers access to the town. Maybe take out the front gates. The Walkers would eliminate a large % of the townsfolk, and all that would be left is a handful of soldiers and likely governor.

I do expect, that Morgan is going to end up at the prison at some point.
