Rick is really at the point where he will kill a mass of mostly innocent people. He's definitely got a strong desire to kill the Governor but at THAT cost? I know he's colder but that cold yet? hmmm.

and as a side note: Damn Andrea and her lack of conviction to the cause. She could have ended it. ( bad for TV I know)
