I have no clue how some people drink 8+ glasses of water a day.

it is like pure torture for me to try to pound a water bottle of water during the day.

I drink about 2-3 pints of water a day. I just started. I've noticed a reduction of dry skin and it reduces my coca cola intake as well. - CQ Mar 4, 11:36
