from what he tells me...

for detoxing your body, you need actual water, without sugar, or sugar substitute.

He has helped me out alot with my back issues, and he thinks that I am not getting enough hydration, along with my migraine headaches, which might have something to do with my caffeine intake daily. (I drink a TON of coffee and black tea)
