What makes it worse for me is the PSA someone saw.

I missed it, but there was reportedly a PSA for bi-polar disorder. I'm fine with that in a vacuum. But not tied in to that episode. It would indicate that Brandon is bi-polar. And they either missed it on two psych evals (or one, and then just didn't test him this time as he passed before) or they sent him out there knowing he was bi-polar. I'm not sure which I think is worse.
