There's a fine line to tread here - the reason not to send someone out on Survivor is because that specific person would not be able to cope

with the situation. But at the same time it's not a good thing to say "People with this condition shouldn't be on the show".

Off the top of my head, Survivor has had players who are deaf, very elderly, and with artificial legs. TAR has had players with artificial legs, diabetes, Asperger's syndrome and so on. It's very likely that have been plenty of other players on both shows who require medication, even though it's not shown on camera. Just like Survivor players have access to contact lenses.

The relevant question isn't "what is the condition?", it is "can the condition be managed, and if so is this person managing it correctly?".
