1) torpedoed by right wing GOPers in the House
2) torpedoed by left wing Dems in the House
3) left to die on the vine once two hugely different bills emerge from the House and Senate?
4) submarined by GOP obstructionism in the Senate
5) a mass-uprising by lobbyists on behalf of campaign contributors?
