because of her howling dog (boston terrier i think) that keeps getting out (because there is an 1ft gap between her fence and the house)
and how "we all hate her sweet dog"
six months ago, she tantrumed and said the dog was going to another home.
that sweet dog will attack people. if its out, it charges you as soon as you turn your back. i have called the cops on it, but both times she somehow showed up 30secs before the patrol car did.
others have called and had similar situations (she shows up right after the call, and before the cops get here). mostly because one neighbor, whenever they see the dog is out, call her so she can rush home before she gets in trouble.
