they dont know it yet, but the first time they have a party, and are out on their new deck, and they are disturbing my sleep or home life, the cops are getting called. (the noise ordinance is actually 10pm)\
they have been asked, repeatedly by me, to keep the noise down. my bedroom is in the backcover of my house, nearest their backyard.
they will have parties until 2-3am, yelling and hollering and such.
of course, based on how the BF built that deck, i give it a 30% chance of breaking under the weight of 8 adults. so yeah.
